I am a strengths-based therapist with a client centered approach who acknowledges you as the expert of your life. I provide an open, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to voice your thoughts, emotions, or fears. Together we will explore your childhood, exposure to trauma or life stressors such as family, work, friendships, housing and/or food insecurities. Within the therapeutic work we will discuss how you cope with life challenges of anxiety, stress, depression and how to build the appropriate “tool box” for you to tackle these challenges on your own as you continue to transition in your life. The desired outcome is to become more effective sense of self, greater friendships, stronger family dynamics, enjoyable intimate relationships, improved work trajectories and a deeper connection with the community. Therapy is a partnership, and together we will help you reach positive outcomes to create everlasting changes in your life beyond therapy.
