I have over 25 years of providing outpatient mental health care to individuals, groups, families and couples, dealing with such issues as depression, anxiety, men's issues, family of origin issues, PTSD, childhood trauma, sexual/physical abuse, healthy communication, ADHD, and self-esteem. I have years of experience working in both the private and non-profit sector, and have worked with a wide range of populations which has allowed me to gain further insight in my career and the amazing healing power of counseling through a biblical lens. I utilize techniques of CBT, solution focused therapy and mindfulness techniques to provide clients with a tool kit of coping skills to improve their lives. I seek to empower my clients to improve their lives and relationships and increase their ability to effectively manage the intricate nuances of their lives with grace.
