I have been a mental health professional for over 10 years and have dedicated my career to working with children and families. I am a certified specialist in trauma as well as in executive function disorders such as ADHD, Autism, and Sensory Processing Disorder. I have extensive training and experience in working with infants and their families who experience trauma. I firmly believe that we all have the capacity to reach our full potential and sometimes we get stuck on the way. With some support, my clients become empowered through insights gained that help them move beyond limiting belief and behaviors. My preferred approach to treatment are psychodynamic, developmental, dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapy.
