I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience working with both children and adults. I specialize in treating those with a history of traumatic experiences, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, women's issues, and adjustment problems impacting functioning in one or more areas of life. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities during sessions. Most notably, I am trained in several evidence-based techniques, including EMDR, DBT, and TF-CBT. Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness and somatic exercises, and tailor the structure of sessions to suit the client's age. I also offer faith-based therapy for clients who wish to incorporate their Christian faith into their treatment. All clients are treated with dignity and respect, and our sessions are collaborative in nature. My role is to empower you, to help you achieve your goals. Open to working with children 12 years of age or older.
