I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience treating a wide variety of mental health issues including, but not limited to, addiction, mood disorders (depression, anxiety), psychosis, adjustment disorder, and PTSD. In addition to individual counseling, I am also proficient in family and couples therapy. In both individual and couples/family counseling, I work with clients to build insight and to develop a greater understanding of self in order to improve current circumstances and/or work towards identified treatment goals. My intent is for clients to feel supported, listened to, and understood during sessions. As we are able to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship, clients can expect sessions to be a safe and non-judgmental space.
