I utilize education, mindfulness, self-compassion approach, cognitive behavioral techniques, and emotional regulation techniques in my practice.
I have a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Social Work. I have been a social worker for 20 years and worked in many different settings in the social work field. I have worked with children (age 3 and up), teens, and adults. I have experience working with military children in the states as well as overseas. I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, codependency and trauma in an individual and group settings.
