Do you struggle with anxious thoughts, low self-esteem, and obsessing over “What ifs?” Do you wish you could manage your anxiety and not let it affect your relationships or your job? Using a solution-focused approach I can help you safely expose yourself to your fears and reframe your negative beliefs. I will use compassion while gently pushing you to be your best self and reach your goals. I use evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to treat concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, substance use, and trauma.
