I am Licensed Professional Counselor with a focus on helping clients process difficult topics to achieve a more fulfilled, and joyful way of living! In the counseling relationship, I provide an empathetic, and empowering environment that holds the client in a safe space of unconditional positive regard. My ideal client is an individual in need of concrete change to their life, and willing to attend counseling in order to achieve it. I specialize in addiction recovery, anxiety, and depression, and use an eclectic approach of CBT, Solution Focused, Family Systems, and Existentialism to work with these individuals! I also offer family interventions involving concerned loved ones attempting to interrupt the cycle of pain for their family member. I believe in the power that exists within the self, and it would be my gift to help you or your loved one get in touch with that power and heal. I look forward to making contact with you!
