Together we can increase understanding and appreciation of your relationships with the world, with loved ones, with family, and most importantly, with yourself. My intention is to offer a judgement-free, patient, grounded presence where you feel comfortable to explore your feelings and learn to live with them. Our meetings are a place where willingness and courage are activated, where you’ll be supported to take risks that will lead to more fulfillment. Together we discover more of your strengths, and and work to make things better through discovery and acceptance. Let's expand your capacity to live fully in the version of Happiness you would like to be living. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology in 2004 at California Institute of Integral Studies, with Somatics (body-centered) as my main course of study. For me, key elements to feeling good are: creativity, music/dance and forest baths. Living, Loving, Learning, come tell me all about it!
