I have experience in working with a variety of individuals and families and specialize in treating those with a history of traumatic experiences, anxiety, and depression as well as relationship issues. I use a collaborative approach - you are the expert in you. Using a variety of evidenced based techniques, I will guide you to achieve your goals. Staying current on the new, emerging research on brain health is pivotal in my practice as well as use of art, music and nutrition.
