Hello my name is Margaret Banks. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with people from many different backgrounds. I have worked in crisis intervention, healthcare, corrections, and private practice. Are you feeling unhappy, unmotivated, or simply stuck in life? I want to help you get on track to feeling better. I have helped people facing challenges of grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, communication issues, codependency, self-esteem, forgiveness, and infidelity, just to name a few. I understand finding the right therapist to assist you through this difficult time in your life is very important. If you don’t have a connection with your therapist, you won’t be able to make the progress that you are hoping to achieve. I believe exploring childhood experiences are very important simply because those experiences can often shape adulthood experiences. If there are unresolved issues from the past, people may find themselves engaging in reoccurring maladaptive behaviors until those issues are resolved.
