I also like working with everyday people. People that have unfortunately encountered obstacles in their lives and want to overcome them. I have experience working with diverse populations. I have worked with people that have experienced grief and loss, whether it be due to a death of a loved one, the loss of relationship, or ever-changing dreams. I also have experience working with clients that encounter problems establishing boundaries to protect their mental health. I promote the importance of loving ourselves. As a social worker, I understand the importance of the environment and how it can affect our overall health. We live in a stressful world; however, you do not have to cope alone. Negative emotions can affect every part of daily lives from our physical health to our emotional health. I provide a safe place free of judgement and a place where you feel free to share your lived experiences.
