As a compassionate psychiatric social worker, I have spent over 10 years working with adults in both hospital and community settings. I enjoy building rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and stive to create a calm, safe, and nonjudgmental environment for healing. In my practice as an LCSW, I use evidence-based techniques to help with issues such as life transitions, grief, and mood. With an additional educational degree in Human Ecology and Education, I am committed to using all my skills to improve my therapeutic approach.
