Therapy is an intentional process of working through life challenges, developing healthier boundaries, and nurturing the meaningful relationship with yourself and others. I have 8 years of experience. I specialize working with adolescents, adults, older adults, and couples. My mission is to provide culturally sensitive care for the person, address course of life transitions (divorce, marriage, birth of a child, retirement) and sudden trauma (loss of a job, illness, death of a love one/pet) and find balance in work and life.
