l am a licensed mental health therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges. Having been married for over 20 years while raising children and maintaining a full-time career, I understand the complexities of balancing relationships, family, and personal well-being. My areas of specialty include pre-marital counseling, marriage and couples therapy, anxiety, depression, postpartum concerns, and adjustment to medical conditions such as cancer and renal failure. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop effective strategies for growth and healing. I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs, integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies, motivational interviewing, and systemic perspectives.
