Hello! I am Marlene Huff LCSW, Ph.D. Thank you for taking the time to read this bio. I have been in practice over 25 years. Time flies! In therapy, I use a variety of approaches and it depends on the type of life challenge being experienced. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy a great deal of the time. This approach clearly shows us that our thoughts and feelings are clearly connected to the reality we experience. I work with a number of people who are experiencing stress and anxiety. Nearly all of us have been through a traumatic event so I am very sensitive to the lived experience. I believe in problem-solving and creating change in situations where change is possible. Therapy is a collaboration in which we work together. I bring a new perspective to age old issues. I hope that you reach out to talk more about the ways that we can work together!
