I am California born and raised and have spent time in Arizona and now Washington. When I was growing up, school was not important to me. I was the exact definition of a procrastinator wrapped up with an “I don’t care” bow. Then I had my first psychology class, and it intrigued me so much I did the studying. 20+ years later I do this work because I am empathic and passionate about helping others find what they might be missing or needing. We all need someone to listen to us, and I will do that without judgement or shaming. I like to work with young adults and adults of all genders, sexualities and cultures. I specialize in helping with barriers in life, and some may be mental. Sometimes the barrier is you and I would like to assist you with figuring out what it is. I use a variety of therapeutic options. Therapy will teach you how to use skills, tools and knowledge to recognize and remove those barriers. Open to working with children/adolescents 9 years and older.
