I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership that creates a path to wellness, positive emotional health and personal fulfillment. I work collaboratively with my clients to empower them with the tools to be the catalysts to effectuate changes in their daily lives that will improve their emotional state and situation. I am passionate about working with individuals that that are motivated and open to tap into their inner strength to grow emotionally. I specialize in mental health issues across the life span, including perinatal mood disorders (depression and anxiety before, during and post pregnancy), reproductive trauma, infertility, unresolved trauma due to past abuse, depression and anxiety, relationship issues and bereavement issues related to a miscarriage, fetal demise, death of a child, spouse or significant other. I provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can experience the freedom to explore and express your thoughts and feelings. I am a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and have worked in the field of mental health for more than 20 years.
