I strongly believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives. No one knows you better than yourself. In saying such, I empower my clients to harness that knowledge and discover their intentions while guiding them through the process. You can expect that I will be there to listen, provide understanding, practical feedback, and support through life’s challenges. My practice focuses on trauma informed care, empathetic understanding, and person centered therapeutic response. I have experience addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, substance use concerns, family turmoil, and life transitions as well as working with all ages and backgrounds. I find it important to focus on strengths, personal growth, and achieving goals whatever we determine that looks like. It takes courage to open yourself up and build trust in another person.
