I work with women navigating life changes — moving, career shifts, relationship changes, or times when you feel disconnected from yourself or others. Many women I see look capable on the outside but internally feel unsure of who they are, overextend for others, or find it hard to form close, secure relationships. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. Together we slow things down and make sense of how past experiences and relationship patterns still shape your reactions today. I integrate insight-oriented therapy with EMDR and the Safe and Sound Protocol when helpful, so the work is both understanding-focused and nervous-system supportive. Over time, clients feel more grounded, trust themselves more, and build relationships that feel natural rather than forced.
