I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from South Louisiana. I love traveling, good food and dogs. I am a trauma informed therapist who believes we are all doing the best we can with what we have. Being kind to ourselves with a gentle push and a whole lot of grace is where I believe healing starts. I have worked in k-12 and higher education, in patient and outpatient substance use clinics, private practice and judicial settings. I am trained in Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and a few other treatment modalities.
