Hi! My name is Mary Williams and my mission,as a therapist, is to help you to become unstuck and unburdened so that you can soar, reach your dreams, and live the life you desired. I have heard on many occasions how people keep entering relationships that are unhealthy, staying in relationships way too long when issues are not able to be resolved, losing their identity and sacrificing their dreams to make their relationships work. I utilize three primary evidenced based approaches that may help you find your way back to your lifepath and back home to self. Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR are integrative, transformative and healing mental health treatments that will guide you to the answers you hold within your body. Therapy is a powerful vehicle that will guide you in the direction where you obtain clarity, seek understanding of self, and develop courage.
