I believe that people are inherently good and possess innate qualities for leading healthy and fulfilling lives. However, accessing these inner resources can be challenging due to past experiences. In our sessions, we will work to strengthen your true self so you can navigate life from a place of optimal health.
My training allows me to work with children, adolescents, parents, and adults on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and stress related to life changes like break-ups, divorce, career dissatisfaction, or family transitions.
I provide individuals who benefit from external processing a place to talk about what is on their minds in order to gain more clarity. Humor and genuine interactions are part of how I create a comfortable space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. My style is conversational and non-judgemental and together we can sort through the ideas, worries, or questions that may feel overwhelming when kept inside.
