I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida and I have 11 years of private practice experience. My passion is helping people navigate crises and come stronger to the other side. I especially love working with people going through life transitions: dealing with work stress and burnout, relationship problems, issues with co-dependence, divorce, weight loss surgery, dealing with an illness and/or caregiving stress, learning to be a parent, and adulting, among others. I enjoy working as a team with my clients; they are experts in themselves and I am the expert in the tools that can help them grow stronger and balanced to face any challenges life can throw at them.
