As a therapist, my goal is to provide clients with a safe and supportive environment where they can openly examine their life stories and challenges, and gain the necessary tools to write their next chapter with a sense of hope and empowerment. Using an integrative approach that draws from various therapeutic techniques, I support individuals of diverse backgrounds in navigating life transitions, relationship and parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, traumatic history, grief and loss, and other stressors. I also specialize in perinatal mental health. I feel honored to accompany my clients on their journey of discovery, hope and healing. Through extensive clinical experience, training and my own parenthood journey, I bring a compassionate approach to support women through the perinatal period and beyond. Whether navigating emotional complexities of bonding and attachment, identity shifts, or challenges related to supporting your child’s behavioral or developmental needs, I am here to help. If you're feeling overwhelmed or simply ready for change, you're not alone—and you don’t have to face it alone. I invite you to reach out, so we can navigate through your story together and take meaningful steps toward healing, connection, and hope.
