We are not just minds, just bodies, just hearts--we are all these things at once, so in my practice I enjoy incorporating a variety of therapeutic methods to reach a holistic solution. In each session, I blend my over 17 years of experience as a licensed social worker with my passion for fitness and health and interest in yoga and mindfulness techniques. My clients receive constructive, comprehensive support as they cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. My passion is to help others reach their goals and to feel successful. I am always my clients' advocate--and that includes helping them feel empowered to advocate for themselves. My clients have told me that they feel comfortable disclosing their feelings to me because of my empathetic tone and demeanor grounded in skills they can use in the real world.
