Melinda Ramsey

I am a licensed mental health professional with over 10 years of clinical experience. My professional background is in Clinical Psychology with a Client-Centered focus. I attended Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. Client-Centered Counseling is a manner of being or an attitudinal approach that believes that positive change in people occurs in a therapeutic relationship with another person (a helper or a therapist) in which the helper provides unconditional positive regard, genuineness and empathy toward the client. I am also a Professional Musician having performed Oboe and English horn in many professional orchestras. I earned a Master Music:Oboe Performance:Northwestern. No problem is too small or too large. My goal is to provide positive support, unconditional positive regard, genuineness to my clients. Therapy is your time to discover the best self you can become.
