I help adults with anxiety and ADHD who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or burned out. My approach is practical and solution-focused, helping clients identify strengths, build strategies, and create meaningful change in everyday life. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, emotional intensity, or difficulty staying focused despite trying very hard. Together, we focus on small, practical steps that help life start to feel more manageable.
I use a practical, goal-oriented approach grounded in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients create meaningful change. As a board-certified music therapist, I also offer the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, a creative way to explore emotions and gain insight.
Many clients begin to notice progress within 6–8 sessions as we focus on achievable steps and real-life solutions. My goal is to create a space that is both supportive and productive—where you can think clearly, gain perspective, and leave sessions with tools you can actually use.
