I bring warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to each person I work with—meeting clients where they are and walking with them through life’s most difficult challenges. I specialize in addiction, OCD, anxiety, depression, tauma, stress and men’s issues, and I’m also highly trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which I often use to support relationship repair, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.
