I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with extensive experience in outpatient and community behavioral health settings, including integrated co-occurring disorder programs. I support individuals and couples working through trauma, anxiety, addiction issues—including alcohol use, porn and internet overuse, and other compulsive behaviors—and relationship challenges. I enjoy couples work and often use Gottman-informed methods to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and SAFEMDR, an attachment-informed EMDR model that supports safe and steady trauma processing. In an EAP setting, I focus on clear goals, practical tools, and effective short-term strategies. Above all, I want you to feel understood, supported, and empowered without judgment as we work toward meaningful change.
