I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I am an empathetic therapist who is committed to being present and curious with clients. I have experience working with complex cases involving trauma, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I use a psychodynamic approach along with CBT and DBT interventions. I have spent most of my career working with adolescents and families but have experience working with adults as well. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, serving at our church, and trying new restaurants in Minnesota. On vacations, my wife and I enjoy exploring National Parks and State Parks. We have a life goal to visit all 63 National Parks in the United States.
