I'm a therapist who does individual relationship work with women. I'm here for you if you want to repair your relationship, but find yourself doing that work alone without your partner's support. You may wonder if talking about your relationship issues on your own will actually help your relationship and it absolutely can. Therapy is your time to say anything you haven't felt ready to share with your partner. Sharing those things on your own without judgement is freeing. Also, many people have trauma in their past that then impacts their relationship. I will help you understand the connection between your past and present so you can heal. I've seen over and over how individual relationship work helps my clients get the clarity they need to move forward. I've seen clients find the strength to end an unhealthy relationship and I've seen others turn their relationship around and be happier than ever. Now, it's your turn.
