Hi there! I hope you are as well as you can be. I am a licensed child, adolescent, and adult clinical psychologist. I have more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have experience working with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. I believe that with therapy and support, we can overcome barriers and work toward building the lives we see fit. My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, supportive, and empathetic. I use various evidence-based techniques to assist individuals on their journey of growth and self-discovery. I consider myself a generalist, and I have a great deal of experience in addressing trauma, loss and grief, depression, anxiety, anger, work stress, family conflict, ADHD, autism, addiction, LGBT+ topics, racial and ethnic minority concerns, and alcohol and substance issues.
