As an existentially-minded therapist, I am committed to helping people find peace of mind, particularly as they navigate grief and end-of-life transitions. My becoming a therapist is rooted in my experiences navigating adversity and loss, and having lived in diverse cultures allows me to connect with clients on a deeply human level, understanding their struggles during vulnerable times. Inspired by the wisdom of Victor Frankl, Irvin Yalom, and Eva Eger, I strive to help clients find meaning amidst grief and life’s profound changes. I’ve counseled cancer patients and their caregivers, worked in addiction recovery, and provided psychological first aid in crises. I believe each client possesses an innate capacity for healing and growth, even amidst profound sorrow. I view my role as a compassionate guide, who helps uncover and access clients' inner strength and resilience and find a path toward healing and peace.
