Through an existential approach we collaboratively find strategies that help you meet your needs. My Existential therapeutic style combining with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is successful with a variety of individuals, starting at age 11 through adulthood. In order to accommodate busy clients, I offer morning, evening and weekend appointments. Together we'll create a unique plan to get you or loved ones back on track.
