I'm a licensed mental health counselor certified in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help adults suffering from high anxiety and stress management problems. I'm passionate about helping those who feel like their anxiety is becoming unmanageable and feel powerless to do anything about it. Anxiety is all about what might happen, and it’s typically a reaction to things in the future that are out of your control. Many people walk around believing high anxiety is normal or that it may never go away. The good news is that this doesn't have to be the case. Together, we'll use a combination of thought-changing exercises, role-play, guided imagery, relaxation techniques, behavioral desensitization, and problem-solving skills. These skills can be applied to situations happening to you RIGHT NOW and help you change how you feel and react to them.
