I am particularly adept at helping individuals and couples through transitions, utilizing the Gottman method for couples counseling to foster emotional reconnection and strengthen relationships. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their feelings, identify their strengths, and develop practical strategies for change.
