My name is Nicole A Glover. I am a licensed professional counselor, a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and a clinical supervisor. I have worked as a therapist and practiced in different modalities for over 15 years. Trauma informed care and Dialectical Behavior Therapy are some of my specialties and working with depression, anxiety and other mood disorders has been at the center of my practice in covid and for many years prior. I also have experience working with families, women's issues and teens. I welcome mindfulness and meditation and provide a safe space for anyone seeking mental health help. I want all to understand it is ok not to be ok and trusting in this form of treatment is paramount to healing. Trusting the process and seeking change is hard work and I practice with the mindset of restoring peace to evolve. Open to working with children/adolescents 13 years and older.
