I’m Nicole Jabourian, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I’m passionate about helping clients build resilience, navigate life transitions, and achieve their personal goals. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), I provide practical tools for change while highlighting clients’ strengths and resources. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, relational challenges, major life changes, and those adjusting to career-ending injuries or shifts in identity. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence and clarity.
