I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in practice for over 10 years. I believe that authenticity is at the heart of living well. Life challenges often impact our quality of life and ability to live optimally. As your therapist, I will partner with you in this journey. I am here to honor your experiences, hold space for your imperfections, and encourage you through change. In addition to providing therapeutic services, I work as a forensic mental health practitioner, serving individuals impacted by the justice system. I aim to improve the quality and increase access to mental health care through my continued service, education, and publications.
