I was born in India and I moved to Houston, Texas for higher education and work. My own experience with developmental trauma and relationships inspired me to study human psychology at a deeper level. My curiosity led me to explore various energy-healing modalities and cultures. This influenced me to pursue a career as an energy healer and a life coach. Along the way, I met a successful counselor who inspired me to crystalize techniques and approaches to become a better-informed therapist. I emphasize your strengths, focus on your personal growth, and create a welcoming and relaxed environment where you can feel open to talk through life’s challenges. The idea is that by assisting my clients in understanding their thought patterns, they can better navigate and ultimately achieve their goals. I incorporate Jon Kabat-Zinn's research on mindfulness, and Brene Brown's work on vulnerability as courage. I offer both in-person and tele-health sessions.
