I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I received a master’s degree in counseling, with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from California State University, Long Beach. I have over 7 years of experience working in non-profit and community mental health clinics, and have had my own private Practice for about 3 years. I’m a therapist because I am passionate in wanting to eliminate the stigma that is often surrounded with seeking help. I strive to offer a humanistic, client-centered approach that focuses on one’s ability to use true strengths to find wisdom, growth, healing, and fulfillment within themselves. I have worked with individuals, couples and families in dealing with numerous life issues such as depression, stress, anxiety, self-esteem and trauma. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe nonjudgmental space to help clients reach their true potential. I am bilingual and can provide services in Spanish.
