Hello, my name is Noralyn Jackson. I collaborate with individuals and families to discuss their needs, concerns, and developing treatment goals to help support and guide them through their journey to wellness. I have an eclectic approach to therapy which helps me tailor it to each individual. I utilize techniques from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, etc. My specialty is providing trauma-informed care. I help individuals learn ways to heal from their trauma. My initial approach is to always be present, empathetic, and pro-active. You are the expert of your experiences. I am a mirror that helps you reflect and shift your perspective so you can approach your life in a more effective way. Open to working with children 6 years and older.
