I specialize in the management of anxiety and depression caused by relocation, life transitions, cross-cultural adjustment, relational problems, interpersonal conflicts, past traumas, and unresolved grief.
I am trained in evidence-based modalities such as Mindfulness and CBT, and use an integrative and holistic approach that adapts to the unique needs of each individual. I am a native Spanish speaker with 15 years of experience working with minorities and people of various ages and cultural backgrounds in international settings.
