My educational background includes an MA in Human Behavior, a MA in Professional Counseling and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). The education and training I have received enables me to help my clients, especially children and teens, find healthy ways to deal with life stressors, ways to strengthen their perceptions of themselves while finding peace, self-acceptance, and solid emotional footing in an uncertain world. I’ve been a therapist for 15 years. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, from toddlers to the elderly, and from all walks of life. I have a wide variety of experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, developmental disabilities, and more. I am experienced in helping others while using strength-based approaches and integrating various treatment therapies to best meet the needs and goals of my clients.
