I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of Texas with 13 years of experience as a counselor. I have a master's in counseling. I have worked with a wide array of challenges. This includes mental health, life challenges, unhelpful thoughts, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and couples/relationship issues. I am respectful, non-judgmental, reliable and aim to create a warm environment. My strength is listening and respecting the client. In the first session we will discuss your challenges, history of the challenge, how the challenge is impacting your life. As the client you will drive the conversation by only sharing information that you feel comfortable sharing in the sessions. Last, we will discuss goals that you would like to work on during counseling.
