Hello there! I am an LPC who specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders and PTSD. I also work with clients struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health issues. In addition, I do counseling on grief and loss and life transitions. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds; I work diligently to make therapy accessible to as many people as possible. I work primarily with adults but also work with teens, children, parents and couples. I have been working as a licensed therapist for 3 years but have experience in mental health that goes back over a decade. My most noteworthy experience was working at a homeless shelter as a case manager and senior program manager. I believe that anyone could benefit from therapy at different times in their lives. I am unassuming but candid and kind but firm. I look forward to getting to know and learn from you. :)
