Thank you for clicking on my profile. I am a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist and have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced a wide range of losses. All of us experience some type of loss – pets die, we move from one city to another, parents divorce, a parent chooses not to be a part of our lives, relationships end, we lose important jobs, and the list goes on. Grief is the normal and natural reaction to loss of any kind. Depression and anxiety can be symptoms of a loss. Whether grief is caused by a death or another loss, incomplete relationships can have a lifelong negative impact on your capacity for happiness.
