I have experience in working with a variety of individuals and specialize in treating those with a history of traumatic experiences, loss and grief, alcohol and substance abuse issues, anxiety symptoms, teen/parent issues, family reunification, and mood issues. I use a collaborative approach - you are the expert in you. Using a variety of evidenced based techniques, I will guide you to achieve your goals. Open to working with children ages 6 and older.
