I have been helping people for over a decade and would love to work with you. I take a very different approach to treatment. I understand that talk therapy can help a lot of people but is not particularly effective in healing trauma. I am trained and certified in EMDR therapy. EMDR helps heal old trauma wounds quickly, safely, and effectively. I have helped hundreds of people heal from past traumatic wounds. I would love to partner with you on this journey.
